Marianna Charalampous

Marianna Charalampous is a communications and events professional specializing in strategic storytelling, public engagement, and the communication of environmental initiatives. She holds a BSc in Events Management from Canterbury Christ Church University (UK) and has over eight years of experience supporting NGOs and purpose-driven organizations in strengthening their visibility and impact through effective communication.

Marianna is the founder of CRE8 MORE, a content creation and communications studio that supports organizations and small businesses with brand consulting, social media management, website development and events. She is also the founder of the Cyprus Bookworms Club, a growing community initiative that brings people together through literature, discussions, and cultural gatherings, promoting dialogue, creativity, and meaningful human connection.

Since February 2021, Marianna has been part of the team at Enalia Physis Environmental Research Centre, where she serves as Communications and Events Manager. In this role, she leads the organization’s communication and public engagement efforts by planning and coordinating events, workshops, and educational activities that promote marine conservation. She develops communication strategies and branding materials that ensure consistent public outreach and visibility, contributes to CSR strategy development, and supports the communication and branding of multiple EU-funded projects. Marianna also facilitates cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the effective delivery and communication of Enalia Physis’ initiatives.
